We welcome application at any time during the academic year. We are an equal opportunity education institution and we believe that every child matters. To be registered in our school, you pay the stipulated amount for the form, obtain registration form, completed and return in 1week with all necessary details. Further process follows thus:

  • Parents interview to clarify alignment of values and goals between the family and the school, here also questions and concerns may be addressed. It is usually possible at this interview to confirm whether the family can be accepted into the school or not.
  • Child observation and assessment to enable teacher assess standards and the ability of the child to integrate into the school. The elementary child is assessed based on our entry level requirements.
  • Availability of space expected for each class: If there is no space available, the child will be put on a waiting list provided that we have the child’s form dully filled with us, and the parent will be called upon as soon as there is available space, however, parents should check periodically to find out if there is an opening for their child(children)
  • Existing relationship children with siblings or relatives at the school are given preference over fresh intake.
  • Admission into Cedars School is open for all services at any given time, however, our Elementary classes commence in September of the new academic year except for transfer and relocation cases. Entrance exam is conducted into all our elementary classes.
  • Our After school care is provided upon request at a fee. Rest periods are provided.


  • Crèche’(Nido Group) (3months to 15months)
  • Toddlers Group(15months to 3years)
  • Nursery -(3years to 5years)
  • Primary 1 to 6 (5+years to 11years)
  • After School Care (2years -11years)

Primary section (5+years to 11years) We accept children into our primary classes upon their readiness and ability to meet up with the expectation in the class of admission. We carry out assessments to determine each child’s readiness once the parent purchase the form. Lower primary (Primary 1-2): 5+ - 7years Upper primary (Primary 3-6): 7years to 11years Holiday school and After school services: 2years to 15years.


We run a three term school calendar that starts in September and ends in July. It usually divided viz:

1st term- September to December(Christmas Term)

2nd Term-January-March/April(Easter Term)

3rd term-April/May-July (End of Session/Graduation)

However, our Administrative office and childcare services run all through the year except during public holidays and weekends. Though Saturday care may be arranged for when possible.

After receiving payment, the admission form will be sent to your email address for you to fill and scan back to us or submit it to the school physically.

Meanwhile, an ASSESSMENT will be done for all new intakes at the rate #5,000 which is payable via our ONLINE PAYMENT CHANNEL

The school year starts in SEPTEMBER and ends in JULY, and it has three terms. See our information sheet on bills for the fees. New entrants must pay their fees before resumption, while existing pupils pay their fees before resumption or two weeks after. (All fees are on requested)



Our Scholarship scheme is still based on promo basis but we have plans of introducing scholarship scheme as soon as we get sponsors or funds for that.
